Sorry to hear of your troubles. For improving gastric health I would heartily recommend my daily green smoothie tonic. It has sure helped me.

1 cup of kefir
1 handful of raw pineapple
2 raw free range eggs
2-3 handfuls of raw spinach
1 handful frozen blueberries
1 handful frozen strawberries
1 tsp cinnamon
blend in blender and enjoy!

Kefir is like a liquid yogurt, but loaded with more probiotics. It's available in refrigerated health food section of Kroger. I like the plain (tastes like plain yogurt) but the flavored is sweeter and may be more palatable to newbies. I make my own now and it is super easy to do.

You can substitute your favorite protein source for the eggs. You can also substitute other greens for spinach, like kale, romaine lettuce, etc.

Add healthy sweetner (like honey) to taste, but I like mine plain.

Drink this for a week for breakfast and you'll never quit!

Glad to hear that you made it through the stress test and that you are doing well. It's also sort of a relief to know that you are human. I was starting to wonder, you usually seem more like Superman. We are praying daily for you. May the Lord speak to you mightily during this season of waiting.

Honesty is always a hard thing! Hard because as you know, leaders don't always want people to know their struggles. I have learned that I am weak, and as Paul said, that is when I have the potential for being strong! My life is in His hands, all of it, good and bad!

Pastor Vinny

Thanks for being honest and real about your thoughts and feelings. I wish more leaders in the church would be as transparent as you are. May God fill you with His peace and healing your body in Jesus name.
